The Ajilla Foundation is a 501c3 organization with a vision to be a catalyst that provides solutions that close the gaps between women and men (the confidence gap, the opportunity gap, the gender gap, and the pay gap) in order to give future generations a competitive edge to be successful leaders and change agents.
Ajilla means walk in your wealth. When referring to wealth, we’re not referring to monetary increase, but rather recognizing that walking in wealth happens when you are doing things that bring you joy, purpose and fulfillment. At the Ajilla Foundation, we encourage our community to identify their passion, which could lead to their purpose and ultimately, remembering to pay it forward.

“As a Fellow, I learned about myself, and my professional and personal goals, and worked alongside amazing and like minded women. Through our fellowship sessions, we had so many amazing women speak to us about a range of topics that are very important and valuable for our future. I am thankful for the insight on finances and for expanding our views and perspectives on the importance of money maintenance and also for such important conversations and awareness of the people that one should have in our lives. Community is important and I learned so much from these sessions.”
